People - Stuart Hanbury
Stuart Hanbury joined Vision Capital in 2010 as Legal Counsel.
Prior to joining Vision Capital, Stuart spent three years as Legal Counsel at Baugur Group, the retail, property and media investor. Whilst at Baugur Group, Stuart managed a variety of corporate and M&A transactions, including public to private acquisitions, refinancings and recapitalisations. Stuart was previously a lawyer with Allen & Overy LLP, joining as a trainee solicitor in 2002 and later qualifying into the Corporate Department. Stuart graduated from Balliol College, Oxford University with an MA (Hons) in Jurisprudence. He has a Postgraduate Diploma in Legal Practice and is a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of England and Wales.
