Steven Whitaker is a Partner and CFO and joined Vision Capital in 2009.

Prior to joining the firm Steven was Head of Finance at the international hedge fund manager Brevan Howard.  Previously, Steven gained over ten years of private equity experience at 3i.  He played a significant role in the European expansion of 3i as European Operations Manager in London then moved to Frankfurt as German Operations Director. After returning to 3i's London head office, Steven joined the Board of 3i plc, and he became Group Financial Controller. Steven has a first class honours degree in English Literature and qualified as a chartered accountant in 1995 after three years audit and accountancy experience with KPMG.
