Sarah is HR Director at Vision Capital.
Sarah joined Vision Capital in 2008 from Ernst & Young, where she was HR Director at the firm’s London office with responsibility for all aspects of HR strategy and management. She was previously with Barclays Bank from 1994 to 1998, specialising in HR roles. Sarah graduated from the University of Sheffield with a BA (Hons) in French Language and Literature. She is a graduate of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, a qualified member of the British Psychological Society, and having completed the Ashridge MSc in Executive Coaching,is an Ashridge accredited executive coach.
