Before joining Vision Capital, Samer was a Director in the Debt Advisory and Financial Restructuring Group of Houlihan Lokey in London.  Prior to Houlihan, Samer was an Executive Director and founding member of the debt advisory firm, Blenheim Advisors (acquired by Houlihan in September 2007), where he executed numerous acquisition finance and refinancing transactions mainly for private equity clients and their portfolio companies. Prior to Blenheim, Samer worked in the leveraged finance team at CIBC World Markets in London and New York. Samer holds a dual Bachelors degree in Economics and Middle East and South Asian studies from Columbia University. He speaks fluent Arabic.
