Konstantin joined Vision Capital on the Associate Development Programme in 2011.

Prior to Vision Capital, Konstantin spent over three years as an Analyst and Associate in the Global Industrials Group investment banking team at UBS. Whilst at UBS, Konstantin’s focus in the team was primarily on automotive, aerospace & defence and metals & mining. Before joining UBS, Konstantin graduated from the University of Warwick with a first class honours degree in Management Science (BSc) and speaks fluent German.
