People - John Grealish
John joined Vision Capital as an Associate in 2007.
He was previously with Unilever Ventures, the venture capital arm of Unilever, where he worked on transaction execution and portfolio management for a number of technology and consumer start-ups. John began his career with McKinsey & Co, where he served a wide range of corporate, private equity and public sector clients. He holds an honours degree in Modern History from Oxford University.
