Caroline joined Vision Capital in 2007 and is a Personal Assistant.

Before joining Vision Capital, Caroline worked as a senior PA for a number of leading UK and international financial services firms including Three Crowns Capital (now The Column Group), CDC Group (now Actis Capital LLP) and F&C Ventures (now Graphite Capital).
