Andrew is a Partner, General Counsel and a member of the Executive Committee of the firm. He joined Vision Capital in 2009.

He was previously Managing Director of Legal and Operations at Baugur Group, which he joined in 2005, and was responsible for legal and operational matters across four offices. Andrew qualified as a solicitor in 2000, specialising in private equity at the international law firm SJ Berwin. Andrew graduated from Manchester University with a LLB (Hons) and has a Postgraduate Diploma in Legal Practice from The College of Law, London. He is a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of England and Wales. In 2010 Andrew completed the General Management Programme at Cranfield School of Management.
