Alister is a Managing Partner and joined Vision Capital in 2000.
He sits on the boards of BrightHouse, DeltaRail and Eliot Holdings, the holding company for Fletchers Bakeries, Park Cake and Pork Farms. Before joining Vision Capital, Alister graduated with an MBA from London Business School. Previously, he worked in debt structured products at UBS from 1992 to 1997 and in corporate finance with Salomon Brothers from 1989 to 1992. Alister holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Bristol University.
