Vision Capital announces that it has recruited three professionals to join its new Associate Development Programme (ADP). The ADP hires; Sebastian McDermott, Seth Pierrepont and Rob Woodhead, will be part of the investment team and involved with the day to day running of current portfolio companies as well as the execution of new transactions.
The ADP is a unique initiative to attract high achieving, talented individuals with two to four years’ business experience from a broad range of backgrounds. It is a comprehensive programme, with an emphasis on breadth as well as depth of experience. It has been designed to give early exposure to the whole cycle of private equity activity, and to develop the full range of skills necessary to build a career as an investment professional. Vision Capital is intending to hire a new group of ADP’s each year from backgrounds as diverse as consulting, professional services, banking, MBA graduates, and large corporate organisations. The firm’s aim is to build its talent base from this pool, providing a clear and accelerated career proposition to its investment team.
